I know that I have been absent for a while and I am sorry for those of you who were checking the blog to see if there was a new post on Friday, but my kids were home and despite my perfect plans to open the computer and get a blog post ready, there were always some sudden change of plans which did not allow me to write!

Last week was very busy and fun for us, we had some guests, that came over from St. Louis and my in laws who are visiting from Italy.

We had a very nice weekend las week, on Saturday we went for the first time to a very nice beach, it is called Wingaersheek, it is in Massachusetts and really beautiful, the view is amazing there, the water was very clean and shallow, it was perfect for the kids, who enjoyed `swimming` like alligators! And the sand was very fine and white, amazing! On Sunday we celebrated my husband`s and my father in law`s birthdays which are very close and we also celebrated the 40th wedding anniversary of my in laws, we ate a lot of cakes!! So I have to say we had a very special weekend, filled with fun and nice celebrations! This past week was busy, but we are enjoying the beautiful Summer and the hot weather, I am still loving it and the kids are enjoying the new inflatable pool that their grandparents got for them!
